+ Stay updated with industry best practices in analytics and insights.
+ Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or related fields.
+ Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., SAS, R, Python) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
+ Strong problem-solving skills and detail-oriented mindset.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
+ Experience in a global business environment is an advantage.
