Job description
The Sales Enablement Head will own the charter of sales productivity enhancement through creating and executing sales training program(s) to improve the skills of our student advisor teams across Geographies. This role aims to boost sales effectiveness through structured coaching, training, and development. The perfect candidate will have experience in sales training, training effectiveness assessment, auditing, and leadership, with a proven track record in enhancing sales performance.
Sales Enablement is tightly integrated with the Sales team, sharing goals and empowering every member to succeed. Your role will involve identifying skill gaps, creating tailored learning materials, and evaluating the success of enablement initiatives.
By working closely with sales leadership, product, and marketing teams, youll develop solutions to overcome challenges across the sales cycle. Your ultimate mission: boost team performance and ensure our student advisors are equipped to excel.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and deployment of appropriate training, content/sales messaging, processes, practices, and tools to support the sales team.
- Create an auditing process to track adherence to sales guidelines
- Responsible for creating content repository to ensure easy access for sales team
- Responsible for tracking and analysis of sales enablement content usage.
- Supports product launches by preparing and enabling the sales team to understand and pitch effectively.
- Responsible for aspects of foundational and continuous learning programs for sales, including training
- scheduling and coordination, creation and delivery of courseware, and instructor-led sales training
- Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Prior experience working with CRM systems.
- Good at problem solving and context switching.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
- Able to create formal networks with key decision makers.
- Must be results oriented, customer focused, and exhibit good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in sales training programs, auditing is required
Education:
- Bachelors/Master's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related discipline from a Tier 1 institute.
- 5+ years of experience in a GTM/Enablement role.
