Your Profile: The Methodology Expert

  • A Portfolio of Sales Frameworks: 5+ years of sales training experience, with demonstrated success in teaching multiple outbound sales methodologies (e.g., Consultative, Solution Selling, Single-Call Close).
  • Expertise in New Business Acquisition: Your background is in training cold-calling, "hunter" sales teams, not upselling/cross-selling to existing clients.
  • Psychological Agility: You can train a rep to be a quick, authoritative closer on one call, and a patient, inquisitive consultant on the next.
  • Proven Success with Offshore Teams: You have a track record of building confidence, belief, and high performance within Filipino or other offshore call center environments.
  • Hands-On & In the Trenches: You’re a coach who loves to be in the action—listening to calls, running drills, and providing direct, impactful feedback.
  • Business Acumen: You understand digital marketing concepts well enough to teach others how to sell their value effectively.
  • Engaging & Creative: You know that a slide deck is not a training program. You use gamification, competition, and storytelling to make learning stick.
