  1. Design framework for management of business performance through scorecard for all sales and service roles
  2. Calculate and maintain Incentive structures for sales profiles.
  3. Generate regular dashboards for monitoring of business performance and productivity.
  4. End-to-end ownership of Regional Productivity dashboards.
  5. Appropriate approval tracking from various incentive governance committees.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Responsible for preparing Scorecard framework for Consumer bank sales personnel basis agreed and approved construct.
  2. Collate and track revenue across products and accurately plot revenue credit across profiles.
  3. Create performance dashboards for Primary producers and the supervisory channels.
  4. Ensure all scorecard parameter and tactical measures are implemented in the scorecard calculations
  5. Calculate and maintain incentive files for sales profiles across the consumer business.
  6. Design and implement Tactical campaigns including publishing of regular leaderboards, performance updates with final winners.
  7. Business dashboards on frontline performance and productivity.
  8. Regional productivity dashboards.
  9. Regular interaction and submission of Performance Reports to Regional Analytics / Product teams
  10. Focus on reporting and data management: quality, accessibility, architecture, and infrastructure.
  11. Provide analytics support for Wealth Management leadership (financials, customer acquisition, RM & HC productivity).

Job Duties & responsibilities:

  1. Understand the data received from multiple sources (both internal and outside sources)
  2. Do a regular QC on data
  3. Plot accurately data for all performance measures
  4. Accurately calculate incentives and keep records of all approved deviations if any
  5. Generate Monthly / Weekly Business Dashboards
  6. Automation of existing reports.
  7. Periodically review all roles and add new roles to incentives as per business requirements.
  8. Computation of winners for Rewards and Recognition programs.
  9. Regularly Simulate for requirements of scorecard changes, contests, and sales recognition programs.
  10. Ensure Regional Submissions of RIGC are done in an accurate and timely manner.
  11. All Committee updates to be accurate, relevant and with appropriate feedback from all stakeholders and ensure it meets business requirements and aids participation.
  12. All recommendations to committee to be supported with relevant simulations.
  13. Appropriate target setting.
  14. Maintain and track SaIes Incentive / Revenue ratio.
  15. Ensuring pay-outs are within budgeted levels.
  16. Winners/ losers management and acceptance basis prev. yr. performance.
  17. Multiple iterations done to arrive at optimum KPI and construct.
  18. Automate scorecards once they are approved.

Education / Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate / Postgraduate

Core Competencies :

Hands on experience in Data Management and Business Analytics.

Proficient in MS Excel, SQL and Python.
