**Your Career**
The Sales Operations Specialist is a critical individual contributor role who will have strong experience relating to doing business with Global customers, sales planning with analytical acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to develop strong partnerships with sales operations managers and cross-functional teams. You will provide analytic support for the core sales operations team members, helping to identify trends, gaps, opportunities, and prepare for weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings. **Your Experience**

Role
Commercial Execution Team
- SME performing complex onboarding, configuration and maintenance deliverables to support customer readiness (e.g. customer set up, updates, pricing changes) with cross functional teams
- Analyse performance data, research trends, recognize issues and follow up on or identify resolutions
- Align with sales, finance, legal, MCBS, technical, and business units to ensure revenue assurance and processes operate efficiently and in compliance with regulations
- Respond to customer and help desk inquiries within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) area of expertise, provide business knowledge and technical/functional support to business units
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and be able to assess and communicate key risks and opportunities within the business
- Identify opportunities for process optimization within area of responsibility; coordinate with leadership to implement improvements
- Research and resolve production billing issues and incidents; coordinate meetings between Technology, MCBS, finance and account teams to resolve open issues
- Create and maintain desktop procedures and adhere to controls around revenues and collections
- Perform routine training to internal teams on billing related topics
- Documentation of financial and business processes throughout the group of companies
- Create reporting including results, interpretation, trends and root causes
- Collaborate as needed with other business units to ensure all queries/escalations are closed off
- Ad hoc support for Finance, Tax and treasury activities as needed
All About You
In terms of the performance and personal competencies required for the position, we would highlight the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- 3-6 years of experience in revenue operations, finance, or financial systems
- Certified Qualified Accountant preferred albeit not an accounting role
- Ability to interpret contract terms, strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience supporting process improvement initiatives and develop procedures for implementation
- Sound project management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills and proficient with Excel ( VBA skills will be an advantage )
- Problem solver, results oriented, innovative and strong work ethic
- Flexible and able to perform efficiently under tight deadlines
- Enthusiastic, hands on, proactive, able to work well independently and in teams

What the Role needs to Achieve


  • Day-to-day order management, Prepare the analysis form for Order, Documents, and proof of concept (POC) to take approval from GC also Need to verify any kind of document with a legal team such as Non-disclosure agreement, Service level agreement, Master Service Agreement.
  • Day-to-day order details, ACV, TCV, Contract period & many more details, need to maintain all the data manually.
  • Coordinate with a different team (Billing, development, HR, Admin & Finance) for various kinds of data, reports, KRA/FNF calculation, business projection, payment application & Suspense reports.
  • Arrange the pending collection call.
  • Arrange timely sales review calls in order to check the performance by the team/region/sales manager.
  • Filter and clean data generated by the billing system and then utilize it for various reports.
  • Change the sales managers in the billing system.
  • Create new users in billing.
  • Assign sales manager H/F.
  • Find out the total revenue by the client, region, and sales manager.
  • Share and analyses the closed clients in the system.
  • Maintain the new client details by region and product.
  • Any data required by CRO, Need to take follow up with team & then send consolidated data with CRO.


ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :


  • Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company's services and products.
  • Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone.
  • Support the Manager in day-to-day sales activities through collection/Lead Locking/coordinating with client.
  • Filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
  • Research and identify new market opportunities.
  • To search for new tenders on different websites for that particular region and get them locked.
  • To Co-ordinate with Solution team and Development team for timely submission of Tender.
  • To maintain the database of the tenders submission and also for the existing accounts/customer.
  • To follow-up with existing clients for overdue invoices and PO Renewals. Monitor and schedule client meetings.
  • To co-ordinate with Billing Team/Service Delivery team for payment/service related issues.
  • Act as central point of coordination for regional team.
  • Maintain confidentiality.


ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED :


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn new technologies.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Be strongly skilled in organization, problem-solving, customer service, and multitasking while being committed to excellence.


EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :


  • Any Graduate
  • B.E/MBA/B.Tech - Computers or related field required


EXPERIENCE :


  • Must have been working as sales coordinator or Sales support since last 1-5 years.
