Key Responsibilities- Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive retail sales of mutual funds and other investment products to meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to maximize revenue potential.
- Convert leads into long-term customers by offering the right investment solutions.
- Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with retail customers by understanding their financial goals and risk appetite.

- Mutual Fund Advisory
- Guide clients in selecting mutual fund schemes aligned with their investment objectives and financial plans.
- Stay updated with market trends, new fund launches, and regulatory guidelines to provide accurate information.
- Educate clients about systematic investment plans (SIPs), lump-sum investments, tax-saving options, and portfolio diversification.
- Business Development
- Expand customer base by networking, prospecting, and generating leads through multiple channels.
- Collaborate with distribution partners, financial advisors, and other stakeholders to enhance reach and sales opportunities.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track progress through CRM tools.
- Compliance & Reporting
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements, organizational policies, and industry standards.
- Ensure KYC, documentation, and compliance checks are completed for all client transactions.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, market analysis, and performance updates for management review.
- Sales Expertise: Proven track record in retail financial product sales with strong closing skills.
- Mutual Funds Knowledge: In-depth understanding of mutual fund products, market trends, and investment strategies.

- Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a simple manner.

- NISM Mutual Fund Distributor Certification (mandatory).
