Basic Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field- 10+ years of experience in a sales operation, business operation, or finance role, preferably in a global, matrixed organization
- 5+ years of experience with development and implementation of systems, processes and tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting and forecasting
- Strong business-process design experience, written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
- Excellent data analysis and data visualization capabilities, with proficiency in tools like Excel, Salesforce, Tableau and PowerPoint.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong project management and process improvement skills.- Experience with recurring-revenue business models; ability to predict and forecast business based on deep dive of past trends, new wins and seasonality.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience in the IT industry, with specific knowledge about cloud and IT trends; clear understanding of AWS leverage to drive digital transformation
- Exhibits sound business judgment, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership and leading data-driven analyses to support and grow a business
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company would be highly beneficial

Key Purpose of the job :
Responsible for driving market research, competition benchmarking, product development, and sales strategy support for upcoming project launches. The role involves providing critical inputs for product positioning, pricing, and land acquisition from a sales and marketing perspective.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive Market Research and competition benchmarking & Consumer Research studies for upcoming project launches.
- Conduct detailed survey of nearby projects for understanding the prevailing rates.
- Research and analyze various aspects of real estate business to arrive at right product mix, price and defining the USP of project by providing key inputs for upcoming projects.
- Research on the preference of Amenities and Specifications for the new product which is under development stage.
- Research, analyze, study and recommend innovative features basis customer pain-points and aspirations.
- Product testing with various stakeholders like channel partners & consumers.
- Support and work along with the Business Development team to evaluate land proposal from sales and marketing perspective.
- Provide critical inputs for Land acquisition w.r.t likability of location, sales velocities & pricing etc.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- MBA with about 4-6 years experience in Market Research & Product Development.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint presentations and Excel.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Appetite for learning with an open mind toward innovation.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
