Coordinate with internal teams (credit, legal, operations) to ensure a smooth loan approval and disbursement process.
4. Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the loan lifecycle.
Follow up with clients during the loan application and approval process.
Address customer queries and concerns promptly, offering solutions as needed.
5. Market Research & Reporting:
Keep up to date with market trends, competitors, and industry changes that may affect loan products and services.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, detailing performance, prospects, and outcomes.
6. Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure adherence to company policies, local regulations, and industry standards in all loan processes.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer data with the highest level of professionalism and security.
Experience : 1-3 years in sales, preferably in the financial or banking sector; housing loan experience is a plus.
Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good understanding of loan products, financial regulations, and customer service principles.
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and other sales tools.
