It’s an exciting time to be part of IFF, we are looking for an energized Sales Support to become part of our team in our Mumbai, India Pharma Solutions office. This is a great opportunity for a candidate interested to work with the sales team co-ordinating with customer for order management.

Job Requirements

As a Sales Support you will:

  • Follow up for on-time receipt of Purchase Orders every month and track orders per Quarter to maintain the lead time.
  • Ensure Volumes, Price, Codes and Legal entity are correctly mentioned on HSS (High Seas Sales) Purchase Orders
  • Verify on pricing and sourcing details with the customer for Indent shipments and Air orders 
  • Analyze data and forecast requirements with the customer against the budgeted plan to them.
  • Perform internal inventory mapping and Material Availability at Source with planners and recommend the PO plan to customer.
  • Share the MA, Forecast and PO plan to CSR weekly basis.
  • Ensure account is credit clean to process HSS.
  • Reconcile the customer material billing.
  • Maintain daily inventory reconciliations for the customer
  • Reconcile invoice to purchase order price variances.
  • Track and report material backorders from customer and IFF Source Site
  • Maintain and create detailed monthly and quarterly Forecast Vs PO plans , Set up, plan, and coordinate with customer
  • Assist accounting with any outstanding payment issues
  • Ensure matching pricing agreements grade wise/ pack wise between customer system, Price Force 
  • Perform purchase order record retention duties.
  • Maintain rebate-tracking systems.
  • Review and price lot-specific changes and coordinate with commercial and CSR
  • Skills Required

  • Relevant experience of 3-5 years in a similar role
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as an understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management.
  • Ability to maintain quality standards and identify cost-saving opportunities, as well as keep compliance standards in place.
  • Strong decision-making, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with Customer and planners
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

    5. Market Research & Reporting:

    Keep up to date with market trends, competitors, and industry changes that may affect loan products and services.

    Prepare and submit regular sales reports, detailing performance, prospects, and outcomes.

    6. Compliance and Risk Management:

    Ensure adherence to company policies, local regulations, and industry standards in all loan processes.

    Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer data with the highest level of professionalism and security.

    Experience : 1-3 years in sales, preferably in the financial or banking sector; housing loan experience is a plus.

    Skills:

    Strong communication and negotiation skills.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Good understanding of loan products, financial regulations, and customer service principles.

    Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and other sales tools.
