Job Description
Our client is looking for a driven and results-oriented Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their expanding sales team. This is a key on-site role focused on identifying and qualifying potential leads, generating interest in our client's innovative products/services, and setting the stage for successful client acquisition. You will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, playing a crucial role in the company's growth trajectory.

- Proactively identify and research potential new clients through various channels, including outbound calls, emails, and social media.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, challenges, and business objectives.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our client's offerings and articulate how they can solve client pain points.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure they are a strong fit for the sales team.
- Schedule introductory meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and appointments set.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Develop strong product knowledge and understand the competitive landscape.
- Provide feedback to management on lead quality, market trends, and customer insights.
- Participate in sales training and team meetings to continuously improve skills and performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales development, inside sales, or lead generation role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with prospective clients quickly.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and persistent with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- A keen interest in sales and a desire to build a career in the industry.
- This role requires your presence at our client's office in **Chandigarh, Chandigarh, IN**, ensuring direct collaboration and immediate feedback within the sales department.
