Position Summary
The CRM and Sales Analytics Senior Analyst will play a critical role in enabling Huron's sales organization through data-driven insights and reporting excellence. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining Salesforce CRM Analytics dashboards, Power BI visualizations, and Excel models that drive sales forecasting, performance measurement, and executive decision-making. The analyst will translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and deliverables - including executive-ready PowerPoint reports - that support the Growth Enablement Teams (GET) in achieving sales goals. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing accuracy with quick turnaround, and is motivated to continuously improve reporting processes, tools, and analytics capabilities.
Responsibilities
The expectation of a senior analyst is to be able to execute tasks and projects with guidance and direction from GET leadership. Successful candidates can manage and complete multiple projects and perform the following activities:
**Sales Data & Insights**
+ Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
+ Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, partnering with sales leaders to ensure alignment with business goals and market dynamics.
+ Provide actionable insights that inform sales strategy, pipeline management, and performance improvement.
**Reporting & Dashboard Development**
+ Design, build, and optimize reports and dashboards in Salesforce CRM Analytics, Power BI, and Excel.
+ Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across sales teams and leadership.
+ Create clear, executive-level PowerPoint reports and deliverables that effectively communicate key metrics and insights.
**Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement**
+ Partner with Growth Enablement Teams (GET) and sales leadership to gather requirements, understand business needs, and deliver tailored analytics solutions.
+ Support adoption of reporting tools by training users and embedding analytics into daily workflows.
**Continuous Improvement**
+ Monitor and enhance data quality, working with system administrators and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
+ Stay current on industry best practices and emerging trends in sales analytics, data visualization, and Salesforce CRM Analytics.
+ Proactively identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and introduce innovative solutions.
Position Requirements
**Experience**
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales analytics, data analysis, or a related role.
+ Proven experience with Salesforce report and dashboard development, including Salesforce Analytics Studio (Einstein Analytics/CRM Analytics).
+ Proficiency in Power BI (including DAX, Power Query, and data modelling) and Excel for advanced data analysis and reporting.
+ Demonstrated ability to design and implement data models that optimize performance and support scalable reporting solutions.
+ Excellent skills in creating executive PowerPoint reports and leadership deliverables while applying brand standards.
+ Proficient in written and oral English.
+ Ability to work across time zones.

- Develop sales and marketing plans to build consumer preference and drive volumes for achievement and growth in the territory

2. Relationship Management

- Engage channels to close sales and deliver services thereby ensuring higher market share.
- Work as SPOC for the organization and establish strong rapport with channel partners to win confidence, anticipate needs and deliver appropriate product solutions.
3. Strategic alliances
- Meet the WOD targets of the brands by ensuring the availability of relevant brands & variants on the outlets in the territory.
- Manage the new product launches in the regions and ensure all new products are available & listed at the outlets
- Negotiate & finalize annual contract and terms of trade with key accounts in the territory.
- Short list the outlets for Contracts & negotiate a win: win proposition in consultation with the line manager WOD
4. Execution & tracking
- Responsible for on time and smooth execution of the activations as per marketing plan by selecting the right outlets in the territory.
- Collaborate with the outlets for menu card listing/availability in line with MSL/Price laddering
- Prepare reporting on the brand's performance, needs and forecasts.
- Ensure proper usage of brand and promotional elements and measure effectiveness of consumer activations (ROS / M&E) in coordination with SCME
- Coordinate with 3rd party agency for execution of the activations / launch at the outlet. On time/Right outlets selection/ROS/M&E
5. Customer management & MIS
- Make regular sales calls to designated on premise accounts as per PJP & beat plan to cultivate customer relations and satisfaction with service provided.
- Keep the trade informed about pricing, promotion schemes etc.
- Responsible for the correct and timely submission of the claims and daily and monthly sales report
- Keep a track on the competitor's activity and bulk competition deals; and report the same to line manager immediately.
6. Customer Marketing initiatives
- Maintain the organization's standards and guidelines wrt. Quality, distribution, visibility, promotion, price and persuasion at the outlet
- Effectively train customer staff on products and execute product tastings and product presentations through DBA - Art of blending for consumers
- Execute the marketing plans at the outlets as per the guidelines of the state / regional marketing team while working within company policies, resources and budgets. QDVP Contracts to drive Market share/Visibility/Activations
7. Process & systems
- Review customers' credit status, and collect outstanding as per the USL credit policy wherever applicable
- Ensure all claims of customers are submitted in a timely manner with required documentation
- Coordinate with Finance department on a weekly basis to ensure accounts remain in good standing
- Ensure settlements & payments to outlets as per agreed terms Collections/Payments

**Job Purpose:**
Ensure width and depth of distribution of Colgate Palmolive products in the given zone and implementation of Customer Development strategies so as to achieve the sales and distribution objectives for the zone.
