- Prior experience with Change Sets and Salesforce DX, along with a thorough understanding of Salesforce deployment limitations and known issues
- Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using Azure DevOps (pipelines, release management, automated testing).
- Familiarity with other deployment tools Copado , Gearset, AutoRABIT etc.
- Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues quickly and efficiently.
Code Quality & Governance
- Implement and enforce Salesforce coding standards and best practices (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers).
- Conduct peer code reviews and provide feedback to ensure maintainable, scalable, and high-performing solutions.
- Monitor and manage static code analysis using tools like Salesforce Code Analyzer.
- Maintain a repository of reusable components, coding patterns, and documentation.
