We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with specialized experience in Salesforce CPQ and a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and deployment of custom Salesforce solutions, with a primary focus on CPQ implementation, customization, and integration in a pharma-related environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.

• Implement and customize Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions including product configuration rules, pricing methods, approval processes, and quote generation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Pharma SMEs to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.

• Develop and maintain complex data models and ensure data integrity across systems.

• Customize and configure Salesforce for Pharma domain-specific use cases such as compliance, sample tracking, customer interactions, etc.

• Ensure system stability, scalability, and maintainability through code reviews, testing, and performance tuning.

• Develop and maintain integration between Salesforce and other enterprise systems (ERP, data warehouse, third-party APIs).

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all development and system processes.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
