Role Description:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and mentoring in a technology-driven environment, with a strong focus within Manufacturing and Supply Chain applications. This person will play a key role in our **global ERP transformation initiative** , focused on enabling next-generation digital capabilities in **pharmaceutical manufacturing** . This role will lead the design, deployment, and validation of **SAP S/4HANA** solutions across core PTS areas: **Production Planning (PP), Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PPDS), Quality Management (QM),** **Supply chain Collaboration(SCC),** **and Master Data Management** responsible for overseeing and ensuring the success of the end-to-end solution delivery and process design. This role is critical to driving digital transformation across our end-to-end manufacturing and supply planning processes and ensuring strong integration with procurement, logistics, and enterprise master data standards.
The ideal candidate will serve as a functional thought leader and integration architect, partnering with global supply chain, manufacturing, and quality teams to enable scalable, compliant, and efficient operations using SAP S/4HANA and related technologies. This person will be involved in recommending the most appropriate technology application for the client based on business requirements and transformation needs.
