**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**JOB TITLE:** **Business Analyst (BA),** **Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO)**
**JOB SUMMARY:**
The BA, FICO will be responsible for analyzing the business needs of the operations area with the primary purpose of eliciting high-level requirements, capturing business needs, identifying problems and proposing solutions. This role will work with business partners to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs to understand technology solutions needed; understand the customer journey and define user requirements. In addition, they will promote architectural consistency and usability standards as well as defining and executing test cases. The BA will work with the business partners and the information technology staff to identify technologies to improve business processes.
The BA, FICO will work as a liaison between the IT department and the assigned business units to analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to business process and policies. In addition, the BA will focus on improving how the business operates by applying best practices to the individual business area. This may be done via SAP ERP, Process Improvement, Robotic Process Automation or through other methods.
**Key Duties:**
+ Identify business process improvement opportunities.
+ Productively working with and influencing the business area.
+ Participate in future SAP Discover, Build, Test and Deploy activities.
+ Identify and define business requirements with outcome criteria and metrics.
+ Map business processes.
+ Identify and resolve issues.
+ Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to project team and implementation consultants.
+ Maintain training documentation. Train users on proper usage of the SAP system.
+ Ability and willingness to travel within the United States and internationally to support future SAP deployments.
**Travel Requirement:**
This position will require an initial on-site visit (at our office in Sanand) of at least 2 weeks as well as a trip to Ohio, USA for 4-6 weeks to learn Allied's global SAP configuration. There is also an expectation that a 2-week trip will be made for training/localization purposes to our international locations and another 2-week trip at go-live for on-site support and hyper care. Periodic trips of one or two weeks to Sanand will be needed depending on the project needs.
**Qualifications:**
+ Requires a Bachelors' degree in the field of business administration, computer science, finance, information systems, or similar field, or equivalent experience.
+ A minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst preferred.
+ Experience with supporting and enhancing SAP S/4HANA preferred.
+ Experience with FICO strongly preferred.
+ Broad IT domain experience, preferably in three or more of the following areas: Applications Development, Enterprise Architecture, Project Management, Vendor Management, Quality Assurance, Infrastructure, and Maintenance and Support. Familiarity with business structure and operations outside of IT.
+ Must have above average ability to communicate both in writing and orally.
+ Must be self-motivated to work independently.
+ Must be able to drive collaboration among different personalities and departments.
+ Experience in converting business requirements and functional requirements to use cases and user stories with acceptance criteria.
+ Demonstrated ability to engage both developers and business partners to achieve target outcomes
+ Must be willing to work "unusual" hours when required.
+ Must be dependable and punctual.
+ Willingness to work onsite strongly preferred, but will entertain remote work, provided there is a willingness to travel to the Columbus office and other sites as needed.
+ Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on occasion.
**Shift Hours:**

In this role, you will:
+ Be responsible for facing off to Service line stakeholders for resource management requirements
+ Responsible to drive headcount plan/ forecast management in Headcount forecasting tool - Pioneer
+ Support hiring, onboarding, offboarding and extension processes
+ Drive headcount planning and management best practices within service lines
+ Responsible to clear the breaks between the tools or database
+ Work hand in hand with BMs and Workforce Lead toward headcount strategy and governance
+ Responsible to provide/ produce required headcount metrics
+ Drive process and tooling improvements
+ Effective stakeholder management with regular and proactive engagement
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
+ Must have SME understanding of headcount related data
+ SME understanding of workforce processes and tooling
+ Expertise with word, excel, and ppt,
+ SME skills in putting data in a simple way and effective presentation skills

+ Business Storytelling - Translate complex data and model outputs into simple, compelling narratives for leadership and clients.

Duties & Responsibilities
+ Requirement Gathering for New Change Request.
+ Creating FSD for the Change Request.
+ Discussion on the FSD with Client and reverting on queries raised by client on FSD
+ Following up for Sign-off on the FSD.
+ Explaining the documented Change request to Developers and QA's
+ Helping QA Team to give DEMO to client after Change request in deployed in UAT
+ Monitoring issues raised by Client in UAT and conveying the same to internal Team
+ Answering queries raised by Client through mail or over mobile
+ Connecting to Client in Daily Standup call for project discussion
+ Imparting knowledge of already live functionality to both Client and Internal team
+ Providing Demo of Factorin product to new customers.
Competencies
+ Good communications skills with customers, team and stakeholders
+ Good knowledge in banking and trade finance.
+ Basic knowledge of Factoring business.

Experience
