Profile Requirements:

• 18+ years of experience in enterprise and solution architecture roles, preferably within BFSI or fintech
• Proven experience with mission-critical, scalable, and secure systems
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including CXO interactions

**Required Qualifications :**
+ _Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field._
+ _7+ years of proven ability in IT as an Enterprise Architect with expertise in handling large-scale, sophisticated projects & landscapes, particularly those requiring turnaround, stabilization and turning point decisions on architecture._
+ _Experience in supporting organizations in aligning business goals and organisation strategies._
+ _Experience and knowledge of working with Business Architecture (Capability Maps, Process Maps, building the Enterprise Architecture model, models to reflect strategies and goals)._
+ _Solid understanding of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman._
+ _Good interpersonal, collaboration and stakeholder management skills._
+ _Excellent communication and leadership skills_
**Preferred Qualifications :**
+ _Relevant architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF) is preferred_
