Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled SAP S/4HANA Functional Consultant to drive the implementation, customization, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA modules across the organization. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, configure SAP solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP S/4HANA Implementation & Configuration:

• Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, WM, PM, etc.).
• Analyze business processes and provide SAP best practice recommendations.
• Configure SAP S/4HANA based on business requirements and industry standards.
• Ensure smooth data migration and integration with other enterprise systems.

Business Process Optimization:

• Work with cross functional teams to identify gaps and inefficiencies in business operations.
• Recommend and implement process improvements using SAP functionalities.
• Conduct business workshops to map current vs. future state processes.

Support & Maintenance:

• Provide post go live support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
• Develop functional specifications for custom developments.
• Work with the SAP technical team (ABAP, BASIS, Fiori) for customizations.

Training & Documentation:

• Prepare user manuals, process documentation, and training materials.
• Conduct training sessions for business users and key stakeholders.
• Ensure knowledge transfer to internal IT teams for long term system sustainability.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Act as a bridge between business users and SAP development teams.
• Engage with senior management, IT teams, and end users to drive SAP adoption.
• Work closely with vendors and SAP support teams for issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, PM, TM, etc.
• Deep understanding of SAP configuration, business process mapping, and integration.
• Handson experience in SAP Activate Methodology and Agile implementation.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps, Business Partner concept, and HANA database.
• Experience in data migration tools (LTMC, LSMW, BAPIs, IDocs, etc.).

Business & Soft Skills:

• Ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in working with cross functional teams and global rollouts.

Certification in SAP S/4HANA is an added advantage.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP implementation, support, or consulting.
• Experience with at least one full cycle S/4HANA implementation preferred.

Responsibilities:

· Worked on end-to-end implementation of SAP Group Reporting within S/4HANA Central Finance.

· Define and implement financial consolidation processes, including eliminations, intercompany transactions, and multi-GAAP reporting.

· Ensure seamless data integration between ACDOCA (Universal Journal) and ACDOCU (Group Reporting Table).

· Configure currency translation, intercompany eliminations, and consolidation logic in SAP Group Reporting.

· Work with business and finance stakeholders to define reporting requirements and ensure compliance with IFRS & GAAP standards.

· Support data validation, reconciliation, and audit requirements.

· Collaborate with technical teams to develop custom FIORI applications, Analysis for Office reports, and ABAP enhancements.

· Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), end-user training, and post-go-live support.

Qualifications & Experience:

· 3-6+ years of experience in SAP Financial Consolidation, including SAP Group Reporting, SAP BPC, or SEM-BCS.

· Strong understanding of Central Finance, Universal Journal (ACDOCA), and Group Reporting (ACDOCU).

· Expertise in financial consolidation, intercompany adjustments, and regulatory reporting.

· Hands-on experience with SAP FIORI apps and SAP Analysis for Office (AO) reportingKey

Role - SAP S/4 HANA Functional Consultant – (Production Planning Quality Management)

Job Description -

• At-least 1 or 2 full end to end implementations.
• Responsible for planning and executing SAP Implementation / Development / Support activities regard to SAP Production Planning and ability to handle Production Planning processes.
• Have good experience to implement different SAP PP business processes like Make to Stock process, Make to Order process, Repetitive process, Production Sub-contracting process, Sales & Operation Planning process, Long Term Planning process, Material Planning process.
• Sales & Operations Planning, PP Master Data, Master Planning.
• MRP, Production Orders Management & Confirmations. Process Orders & Confirmations
• BOMS & Routings
• Product Costing with Variant configuration
• Should have Material Management MM knowledge also. Material master , Procure to pay Cycle, MIGO. Accounting & GL Determination.

Quality management –

• Quality Planning: Master inspection characteristics, inspection plans, sampling procedures.
• Quality Inspection: Inspection lot processing, results recording, usage decision.
• Quality Notifications: Defect recording, notification types, workflows.
• Quality Control: Control charts, quality scores, dynamic modification rules.
• Batch Management integration with QM for batch-specific inspections.
• Experience with Fiori apps related to PPQM

Data Migration and Master Data

• Experience with LSMW , LTMC , or SAP Migration Cockpit for PPQM master data:
• Inspection methods
• Inspection characteristics
• Inspection plans
• Knowledge of the key integration points between the other SAP logistic modules
• Good Knowledge in integrating SAP with external system via IDoc, RFCs etc.
• Knowledge of BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits , and Enhancement Spots used in PPQM processes.
• Execute Enhancements and SLA Adherence for PPQM issues and post-Go Live Support.
