Record to Report (R2R):


  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of NetSuite solutions for Record to Report processes.

Gogh Solutions is looking to hire a dynamic and dedicated professional with rich functional experience in IFS applications. The Senior functional consultant will be at the forefront of IFS implementations as part of a Global team of professionals.


Role overview:

Senior functional Consultants at Gogh solutions are at the forefront of IFS product implementations working directly with Customers and Solution Architects on cutting-edge industry solutions in the Field Service Management industry.

On a day-to-day basis, the candidate will be working closely with the Solution Architect (SA) and other Consultants in the creation of the Solution Design Document (SDD) by owning specific sections to completion. They will also be collaborating with the Technical Consultant(s) to align with the IFS software to the Solution Design Document(s) (SDD)

Core responsibilities of this position are to align the IFS Application with the Customer’s business processes, run functional workshops to uncover and document requirements document functional solutions, and configure the IFS applications to ensure they meet specific business needs. The position might require the candidate to lead functional consultants and assist them to achieve their performance goals.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the competence to advise and guide the Customer, listen, and dare to challenge based on the understanding of the Customer’s real needs and offer suggestions of how to address them using best practice and industry standards.

The candidate will have experience in all the modules of the IFS applications with implementation experience and will be required to use baseline process to achieve the expected functional outcome.


On a typical day a Senior Functional Consultant would:

  • Work closely with Clients, Business Analysts, and Solution Architects to understand the business needs and operational processes of the client organization and translate them into functional solutions using the capabilities in IFS.
  • Run workshops for Clients focusing on mapping and documenting the business processes, use cases, and requirements that are in-scope to be configured within the IFS application and ensure that the software meets the specific business needs.
  • Assist in the completion of the Business Requirement Document and Solution Design Document outlining what requirements and solution will be delivered within the project’s timeline and budget.
  • Structure and execute demos of the IFS application for clients and internal team members.
  • Provide training, education, coaching, and assistance to team members as needed.
  • Maintain a strong and professional relationship with the Client.
  • Be responsible for configurating the IFS application to the functional requirements.
  • Keep up to date with latest IFS releases and developments through IFS Learning Academy training and hands-on with the latest releases.
  • Participate in IFS Upgrades, both minor and major as well as IFS releases patches following/updating documented procedures.
  • Support pre-sales activities through functional support.
  • Provide guidance on functional solutions / workarounds/ make credible functional recommendations and estimates based on client needs/ project requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Management/Computer Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Mathematics or related field.

Must have proficiencies:

  • Strong industry knowledge within the Field Service Management space.
  • Proven experience of 4-6 years as a Functional Consultant working with IFS FSM and/or IFS Cloud.
  • Experience in IFS App Gen or Aurena or IFS cloud
  • Strong expertise in IFS Cloud modules, configurations, and integrations.
  • Should have practical experience of having gone through at least 2 IFS implementations
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving sales activities, including identifying opportunities, creating proposals, and presenting solutions to clients.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset to identify business opportunities for clients.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills to collaborate with clients on contract terms, scope, and pricing.
  • Proficient in conducting client needs assessments and translating them into tailored IFS Cloud solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Relevant certifications in IFS Cloud or related areas are advantageous.
  • Strong understanding and experience documenting Use Cases, Business Process, and Workflows using Visio/ Lucid Charts /or other visual diagram software.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to travel if there is a requirement to visit the customer.
  • Comfort in working in ET time zone.
  • Self-motivated. Ability to manage sub projects in the absence of the project manager.


Nice to Have:

  • AS-IS and To-Be Analysis experience.
  • Gap analysis, requirement gathering and rationalization experience.
  • Certification from IFS academy in the respective modules (FSM, PSO).
  • Completed IFS Cloud Essentials or other IFS Cloud training module

This Senior NetSuite Consultant will work extensively with internal teams, clients, and vendors throughout the project, providing application configuration, and support and deployment assistance. Record to Report (R2R):


  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of NetSuite solutions for Record to Report processes.
  • Configure and manage NetSuite modules, including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Revenue Management, Intercompany and Financial Reporting.
  • Drive process improvements for month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and regulations.

Delivery Leadership:

  • Lead the design and configuration of NetSuite solutions to support end-to-end P2P processes, including procurement, vendor management, invoice processing, and payments.
  • Optimize workflows for purchase orders, approvals, and vendor communication.
  • Implement and support NetSuite modules such as Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Inventory Management.
  • Analyze client requirements to develop tailored P2P solutions that meet business needs.
  • Automate key P2P processes working with Development team through custom workflows, scripts, and integrations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements for procurement and payment activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to P2P processes within NetSuite.


Project Delivery Lead:


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, tracking milestones and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with technical and functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring expectations are managed.
  • Identify and mitigate risks or potential roadblocks during project execution.
  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders on project progress.
  • Support user training and post-go-live activities to ensure successful adoption.


Skills & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience with NetSuite, including R2R process implementation and support.
  • Proven track record in leading and delivering NetSuite implementation projects.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial workflows.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite business processes
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
