Our client, supporting a top Global Healthcare Company, is seeking an SAP MDM (Master Data Management) Lead Consultant . This role involves leading the implementation and governance of MDM solutions, ensuring high-quality, harmonized master data across multiple business units and geographies. The consultant will play a pivotal role in defining MDM processes, overseeing integration with SAP MDG, and driving technical excellence for global data management initiatives. Reporting to the Master Data Governance and Data Migration Lead, this position requires strong expertise in SAP MDM with exposure to MDG, as well as the ability to guide technical teams and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent and compliant master data processes.

This contractual role will be effective till the end of 2025, with renewal in January 2026. Candidate would be working EU/ EST hours as per discretion of the client.

The Role .

• Lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP MDM solutions across global deployments.
  
• Act as the primary technical authority for master data management, ensuring alignment with overall data governance and migration strategies.
  
• Collaborate with the Master Data Governance (MDG) team to ensure seamless integration between MDM and MDG processes.
  
• Define and enforce MDM standards, policies, and procedures, ensuring data consistency and compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
  
• Partner with functional teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable MDM solutions.
  
• Provide leadership to offshore/onsite teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to timelines.
  
• Support ongoing data migration activities, including mapping, cleansing, and validation.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal system performance.
  
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize master data processes and technology
  

• At least 5+ years in SAP Master Data Management (MDM).
  
• Strong technical expertise in SAP MDM (Data Modeling, Workflows, Match & Merge, Syndication, and Integration).
  
• Working knowledge of SAP MDG (preferred), especially around governance, approvals, and harmonization.
  
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA environments and large-scale global deployments.
  
• Proven track record of leading technical teams and engaging with business stakeholders.
  
• Strong understanding of data migration methodologies and tools.
  
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Minimum 7 yrs of experience in SAP MDM. Handson experience on SAP Netweaver tools- MDM Console, Data manager, Import Manager and Syndicator.
• 1- 2 Years experience implementing in a fashion company, either through SAP AFS, FMS, or S4 Fashion

Job Title : Techno Functional Consultant Supply Chain MDM

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain MDM (Master Data Management) Techno-Functional Expert with strong expertise in SAP, SAP MDG (Master Data Governance), and domain knowledge in material, vendor, and finance. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in leading end-to-end MDM implementation and transformation projects while also supporting business development, responding to RFPs, and collaborating internally to design and develop assets.

This position requires a blend of technical and functional expertise in MDM platforms such as Reltio, Informatica, or Stibo, combined with experience in data platform management and system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. MDM Solution Design & Implementation:

- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of MDM solutions across the supply chain, including materials, vendors, and finance domains.

- Leverage expertise in SAP (S4/APO) and SAP MDG  (Material, Business Partner, and Finance)  to manage and govern master data processes for business units.

- Implement MDM platforms like Reltio, Informatica, or Stibo  for data governance and quality management.

2. Business Development Support:

- Provide techno-functional support for business development activities, including RFP response creation and solution demonstrations.

- Collaborate with sales and solution teams to drive MDM initiatives for prospective clients, showcasing a deep understanding of MDM frameworks and methodologies.

3. Asset Design & Collaboration:

- Work with internal teams to design and develop reusable MDM assets , frameworks, and solutions that accelerate client projects.

- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions in MDM projects, ensuring scalability and future-readiness.

4. Data Platform & System Integration:

- Lead data platform management, ensuring seamless integration of MDM solutions with various ERP, Data-lake, Planning systems, MES, and other enterprise systems.

- Collaborate on integration projects between SAP and third-party systems, ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and governance across platforms.

5. Team Leadership & Client Delivery:

- Lead cross-functional teams of techno-functional consultants and MDM experts, ensuring project milestones are achieved and client delivery expectations are met.

- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring quality deliverables.

- Provide mentorship to junior team members and guide them in mastering MDM concepts and tools.
