**Location: Hyderabad**
**Job purpose:**
+ Secure master data (MD) quality and availability at the Sanofi target. Support master data quality improvement activities across all sites in the frame of M&S master data playbook. Identify any master data quality and availability issues and propose solutions and remediation (continuous improvement spirit).
**Key accountabilities:**
+ Represent your teams in business operations leadership meetings as well as projects (on demand)
+ Collect and raise continuous improvement (CI) measures to improve collaboration between business operations and business stakeholders, prepare relevant materials to obtain senior leadership buy-in
+ Understand and put in place effective governance mechanism:
+ Regular performance reviews of team
+ To motivate team leads to improve teams' performance everyday
+ To ensure required skills of team members and increase retention rate
+ Identify and leverage synergies across the different teams within MD business operations
+ Be the second level of escalation for your teams
+ Liaise with key business stakeholders (e.g. Business Process / System Owner)
+ Lead teams performing the following MD activities:
+ Ensuring data standards and data quality targets are met, suggest business rules based on recurring data issues
+ Coordinating MD collection to ensure efficient e2e data maintenance processes and preparing MD extraction to support business meeting (e.g., capability review)
+ Checking single / mass MD requests and performing data enrichments
+ Driving continuous improvement by identifying and raising initiatives to respective team lead
+ Supporting MD evolution, projects, and improvement initiatives, including cleansing initiatives and migrations
+ Providing input for documentation, training materials, and knowledge management
+ Maintaining MD user authorizations per system and role
+ Supporting MD community on site level, incl. data content owner/ MD users and conduct impact analyses for upcoming site project
+ Contributing to the education of the MD community
+ Monitoring the SLA of the MD creation / modification/ deactivation processes, and supporting the development of KPIs, data quality dashboards and scorecards
**About You:**
+ **Experience:** Minimum 5 years as team leader in Master Data Management with knowledge of pharma industry (e.g., GxP).
+ **Technical & Soft skills:** Strong understanding of Master Data Management and data governance frameworks. Work experience with SAP ERP (ECC 6.0, S/4H, MM & MDG modules).
+ **Education:** educational background in supply chain mgmt. / logistics.
+ **Languages:** Good Communication in English.
