Position Summary:

The Mid-Level FICO Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules in SAP S/4 Hana. This role requires in-depth knowledge of financial processes, technical SAP FICO expertise, and the ability to provide strategic solutions to meet business needs. The candidate should have a proven track record of implementing and supporting SAP FICO in a complex environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • SAP FICO Module Management (S/4 Hana): Oversee and manage the FI and CO modules and Ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.
  • Configuration and Customization: Design, configure, and customize SAP FICO solutions to meet specific business requirements.
  • Familiarity with global financial regulations and multi-currency environments.
  • Experience with S/4HANA is highly desirable.
  • Manage FICO support team.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SAP FICO, with a strong focus on implementation, configuration, and support. Experience with at least 2–3 full-cycle SAP implementations.
  • Proficient in SAP FICO modules, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders. Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP) is essential.


Required Qualifications:

Education : MBA (Finance etc.) or CA is preferred * or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
