SAP Certified Senior (SD) Lead Consultant is required for SAP S/4HANA Support and Implementations for our Chennai/Hyderabad location.

Job Responsibilities –

• Design, configuration and testing in either of the three modules – MM / SD / PP with application for various scenarios in the respective module
• Should be able to carry out complete process cycles in their respective modules; for e.g., MM consultant with procure to pay process set up – purchase requisitions, RFQ process, Purchase order, Inbound delivery and Goods Receipt process etc.,
• Knowledge in the other two modules (For e.g., for an SD guy, knowledge in MM and PP) is very essential to execute the function as Support Lead
• Integration of their respective modules with FICO is a must
• Must be able to independently handle Key users, take requirements and independently provide SAP solution in terms of configuration, testing, development and support issues during hyper care and support phase
• Coordination with internal Technical Team for quick resolution within the limits of SLA
• Knowledge of ABAP debugging interfaces is an added advantage

Required Skills -

• Must have 7+ years of experience in any of the SAP modules – MM/SD/PP with at least 2 end to end implementations experience with at least one in S/4 HANA
• Hands on experience in S/4HANA is a must along with experience of respective module related Fiori apps.
• Good domain experience and business knowledge in manufacturing is desirable. Domain knowledge and Experience in Dealer or Auto business is an added advantage
• Good understanding of Configuration, Transaction and Master data and the relevant upload programs
• Knowledge of ServiceNow, Fresh Service, JIRA or any ticketing tool

Nice to have Skills -

• Good to have experience on Quality assurance reviews during different phases of SAP implementation like BBP review, Configuration review and Pre-Go live readiness review.

Other Requirements -

• Should have excellent communication and presentation skills, client handling and delivery capability. Must have strong delivery skills in SAP modules

The Support Analyst will be part of the Service Delivery Organization which is responsible to maintain all ADM systems in operation with highest availability. As a member of the Service Delivery Organization, an SAP analyst will analyze the tickets raised by user(s) and provide response/resolution to the user or work with the concerned teams/ 3rd party providers to resolve the issues as the per the Operational/Service Level Agreement with the business. The individual will also be responsible to collaborate with the architects, developers, and testers to build and deliver small enhancements in line with the global template design after approval from the Solution Delivery organization.

1. Solution Design & Development : 

• Design and develop data models using SAP BW on HANA , including Advanced DataStore Objects (ADSOs) , composite providers , and info objects . 

• Build and optimize SAP Datasphere -based data solutions to serve as the central EDW for reporting and analytics. 

• Develop SAP BO dashboards and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) solutions, including SAC Planning for predictive insights. 

1. Data Integration & Optimization : 

• Implement and optimize ETL processes for seamless data flow between SAP BW on HANA, SAP Datasphere, and external systems. 

• Ensure high performance of data pipelines by leveraging HANA native SQL and advanced scripting.
