Position Purpose:
Propose, design, implement and run relevant & consistent SAP solutions in Finance and Controlling functions to meet business needs (quality, performance & security) within the global IS landscape.
Your experience and talents will make the difference to:
Responsible for the solution design and implementation of the SAP Finance and Controlling modules fulfilling business requirements, consistent with the Company IT global architecture, ensuring robustness, performance, ergonomics, upgradability and simplicity of use.
Responsible for maintaining these solutions in operational condition.
Acting as a level 3 functional expert in order to support existing SAP solution
Monitor contractors and SAP level 2 support team.
Lead ITIL Problem Management process on his perimeter and is an actor in continuous improvements
Responsible for SAP corrective maintenance and evolutions
Integrates with SAP deployment team in order to propose correction and enhancements for solution of his perimeter. Manage all activities related to corrective and evolutive maintenance (Design, Build, Test, Deployment, Support)
Support project team in deployments and especially in post Go-live support (HYPERCARE)
This role will serve as an IS business solutions representative and will be involved in designing and building other global IS projects.
Depending on the context, he can also play a role as Project Leader and commits on results : deadlines, budget, quality of delivery
Manages supplier relationship on his scope.
Conduct technico-functional watch, is proactive in his field of expertise

The primary purpose is to facilitate seamless developments in SAP ERP ECC, S4/HANA, GTS. Key accountabilities include -
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, providing solutions that align with business objectives, and implementing scalable and reliable applications on the SAP ECC/S4 Suite.
• Expertise in providing technical support to resolve reporting-related issues and incidents, including root cause analysis, problem resolution and implementing OSS Notes.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including design documents, user guides.
• Conducting testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing, to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of ECC and S4/HANA solutions.
• Good understanding of SAP ERP/S4HANA systems and cloud technologies with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
• Strong hands-on in all RICEFW areas of ABAP with Expertise in ALE, IDOC’s, Proxy, BAPI, RFC, Workflow, BADI, Enhancement framework, Customer-Exits, User-Exits, BTE, BDC, LSMW, Adobe Forms, Dialog Programming, ALV Reports, OOPS, Data Dictionary objects.
• Have strong ABAP development experience in functional areas of: Order to Cash, Manufacture to Deliver, Plan to Make, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Ecommerce, Vistex and Ariba.
• S4HANA: Clean core approach using ODATA Services, Fiori App development/extension, CDS Views, APIs, AMDP, Low-code, No-code and BRF+.
• Performance optimization: Proficiency in performance tuning and optimization tools like Code Inspector, Run time Analysis & SQL Trace.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent
Experience:

• Good at delivering projects by collaborating closely with onsite functional teams for requirement gathering, preparing technical design specifications, conducting technical unit testing, performing developments as per project coding standards and best practices, perform code reviews, and providing project updates during weekly status calls with onsite colleagues and project stakeholders.
• Understanding of SOX and regulatory reporting
• Certifications in SAP ABAP and SAP HANA is highly desirable.
PHYSICAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Regular working hours are from 3:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST. (ICC Second Shift)
