We are looking for an experienced SAP Payroll Consultant with expertise in US Payroll and Taxation , particularly in BSI Tax Factory and TUFS . The ideal candidate will work closely with HR, Global Time, Attendance, and Integration teams to implement, configure, and support SAP Payroll solutions while ensuring tax compliance and seamless payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support SAP Payroll (US) , including schemas, rules, and wage types.
- Integrate SAP Payroll with BSI Tax Factory for tax calculations and manage payroll compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve payroll calculation and integration issues.
- Design and implement reconciliation processes across systems.
- Stay updated on federal and state tax regulations for payroll compliance.
- Implement and test HR Support Packages (HRSPs) and TUFS updates .
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in US SAP Payroll .
- Strong experience with BSI Tax Factory , TUFS , and SAP Time Management .
- Knowledge of US payroll compliance (FICA, FUTA, SUTA).
- Experience with payroll audits, year-end activities , and reconciliations.
- Expertise in payroll system upgrades and integrations with third-party tools.
