Summary :

Provides comprehensive application functionality, configuration and support expertise for application software solutions; works with business analysts, architects, technical experts and software vendors on the solution requirements, design, configuration, functionality gap resolution, implementation, support, maintenance and enhancement of the applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyzes and evaluates application functionality and provides recommendations to increase utilization of standard application functionality to improve business processes and capabilities Determines and documents optimum application setup and configuration to meet functional requirements and specifications; configures and verifies application setup and configuration Develops expertise in emerging application and solution trends and functionality; provides functional recommendations for assigned applications and systems. Education, Licenses, Certifications:

College, university, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related subject, or relevant equivalent experience required. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

Intermediate level of relevant work experience required. 3-5 years of experience.

Qualifications:

Good understanding of business processes pertaining to Sales and Distribution as part of domain knowledge.

This is an extensive hand-on position and requires min. of 8-10 years with SAP SD configuration expertise of various modules in S/4 HANA or ECC 6.0

What does the job entail:

This is a delivery-focused, individual contributor role — ideal for someone who is technically skilled, detail-oriented, and experienced in translating business compensation requirements into system configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure SAP Commissions based on business and functional requirements.

• Set up and maintain compensation plans, crediting rules, rate tables, quotas, and territory assignments.
