This is a delivery-focused, individual contributor role — ideal for someone who is technically skilled, detail-oriented, and experienced in translating business compensation requirements into system configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure SAP Commissions based on business and functional requirements.

• Set up and maintain compensation plans, crediting rules, rate tables, quotas, and territory assignments.

• Interpret U.S.-based sales commission models (e.g., accelerators, draws, caps, overrides) and translate them into accurate system logic.

• Collaborate with analysts, architects, and business users to understand incentive plans and design system solutions accordingly.

• Perform unit testing, system validation, and end-to-end data verification.

• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and troubleshoot configuration or data issues.

• Validate incoming data from CRMs and ERPs (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle) and ensure clean integration with SAP Commissions.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including configuration designs and test cases.

• Provide post-deployment support and assist with enhancement cycles.

Required Qualifications:

• 8 years of hands-on experience with SAP Commissions (CallidusCloud), especially in system configuration and data validation.

• Strong understanding of U.S. sales commission models, including common components like base + variable pay, accelerators, SPIFs, quota attainment, and territory-based incentives.

• Deep experience with commission-related data handling, such as processing transaction data, crediting logic, and compensation calculations.

• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and issue troubleshooting.

• Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and deliver assigned configuration work with minimal supervision.
