**Testing Ownership**
+ Perform the planning, preparation, and execution of test cases for SAP ERP programs, ensuring alignment with project and compliance requirements.

Monitor and report KPIs to continuously improve test efficiency and effectiveness.
Business Engagement & Reporting
Provide leadership with transparent reporting on test progress, quality risks, and defect trends.
Partner with business process owners to validate testing scope for SAP processes including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in SAP QA/Testing, with 6+ years in a test lead or QA manager role.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HR, BW, etc.) and end-to-end business processes.

This role is a guide in developing and completing manual and automated testing in an agile environment.
