**Picture Yourself at Pega:**
Pega is the low-code platform for AI-powered decisioning and workflow automation. At Pega, as a Senior Scrum Master, you'll have to coach the development teams, helping the teams to be more efficient and fostering an innovative & collaborative environment.
**What You'll Do at Pega:**
+ Responsible for facilitating the various Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
+ Acts as a coach for the Scrum Team, helping them understand and implement Scrum practices and principles.
+ Responsible for identifying and removing any impediments that are hindering the progress of the Scrum Team.
+ Acts as a shield for the team, protecting them from external distractions and ensuring that they have the time and space to focus on their work during the Sprint.
+ Monitors the progress of the team during the Sprint and helps them stay on track towards achieving the Sprint goals.
+ Create/Develop Transformation Roadmap within the responsible areas for effective and long-lasting change.
+ Establish and continuously measure KPIs to track business delivery.

**What You've Accomplished:**
+ Bachelor of Science in a technical field required.
+ History of successfully planning, scheduling, and delivering complex software projects & programs.
+ Experienced using a variety of different Agile scaling models frameworks for both co-located and distributed teams.
+ Experience in coaching teams, product owners, and leadership.
+ Proven ability to adopt new agile techniques and enable teams to deliver faster.
+ 5 to 8 years combined experience in development, business analysis, project management, testing, architecture, or technical documentation.
+ 3 to 5 years of full-time scrum master experience in a complex environment.
+ Working knowledge of all software lifecycle development disciplines - Project Management, Analysis & Design, Quality Assurance (Testing), Implementation, Deployment, Configuration & Change Management.

RequirementsEngineering Manager/Technical Project Manager (Scaled Agile Certified)
· Work as Technical Project Manager to plan and execute projects, ensure that teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver products effectively by establishing realistic estimates for timelines while ensuring that projects remain on target to meet deadlines.
· Expertise in managing full project management life cycle for implementing highly complex, large-scale, strategic IT and business initiatives
· Work closely with stakeholders/clients, for understanding the system's functional and non-functional requirements in defining the Product Vision
· Demonstrate leadership abilities with the deployment of software upgrades, enhancements and fixes that are coordinated based on release schedules
· Provide a software development plan that meets the future needs of stakeholders/clients, based on the state of the art technologies
· Coordinate release and sprint planning, Conduct daily scrum meetings
· Help developers resolve both technical problems and human resources issues
· Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career development

· Facilitate team meetings (Issue meeting agendas, timely meeting minutes and action items) in partnership with the client teams for decision-making, issues resolution, risk mitigation and team engagement
· Follow-up with action owners on open actions (tasks, document authorship, document approvals, etc.) to drive to current schedule
· Escalate unexpected events impacting project schedule, budget & resources to management
· Keep project team well-informed, effectively communicating current status and changes (also facilitate and ensure communications to extended team members)
· Provide regular project updates to management on project status, including risk mitigation plan.
