Key Responsibilities:

- Identify potential partnerships and funding opportunities to enhance community programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Community Development, Public Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in community organizing, engagement, or outreach, preferably within the non-profit sector.
- Demonstrated understanding of community dynamics and participatory approaches.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in conducting needs assessments and evaluating program impact.
- Experience in event planning and management.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the cultural and social landscape of Coimbatore is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
