We are seeking a passionate and empathetic Life Coach to serve as an in-school counselor , responsible for implementing and anchoring Tieke’s character-building program. The role focuses on the holistic development of students, with a special emphasis on their physical, mental, and emotional wellness . You will work closely with school leadership, teachers, and parents to ensure seamless program delivery and student well-being.


Responsibilities:


  • Act as the primary in-school facilitator for Tieke’s character-building program
  • Conduct individual and group sessions with students to support their personal growth
  • Manage our AI-powered student wellness platform, which includes administering assessments, analyzing wellness data and generating insightful reports for school leaders
  • Lead engaging, age-appropriate workshops and classroom activities based on Tieke’s curriculum on moral values, life skills and practical civics
  • Identify students’ concerns and provide basic counseling support as needed – addressing behavioural, learning and emotional challenges
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and school staff to integrate wellness practices into the school ecosystem
  • Monitor student engagement and maintain documentation/reporting in alignment with program objectives
  • Conduct periodic check-ins with parents and school leaders regarding student progress and feedback.


Qualifications & Skills:


  • M.Sc. in Psychology (Clinical, Counseling, or Educational Psychology preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially with children and adolescents

  • Fluency in English and Tamil is preferred
