Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a School Principal at The Lexicon International School, Wagholi located in Pune.
- The School Principal will oversee day-to-day school operations, manage staff, develop and implement curricula and maintain academic standards.
- The principal will also foster a positive school environment, engage with parents and the community and provide leadership in educational practices and policies.
Preference will be given to candidates from Maharashtra.
Preference will be given to candidates who know's local language(Marathi).
Qualifications
- Skills in Curriculum Development and Educational Leadership
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience with Middle School education
- Comprehensive understanding of the Education sector
- Master's degree in Education or a related field preferred
- Experience in a leadership role within an educational setting
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students and parents
- A passion for child-centric education and holistic student development,
- Must have completed a minimum of 5 years as a principal in one school.
