- Stay updated on product knowledge, therapy advancements, scoring minimum 80% in certification ensuring high-quality scientific discussions with HCPs.
Field Reporting & System Updates:
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of daily activities, lead generation, and other CRM activities in the system
- Regularly update the doctor master list and ensure detailed, accurate records of each HCP's are maintained with engagement status up to date in the system to support informed decision making.
Doctor & JaaS Engagement & Relationship Building:
- Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key Business Leaders (KBLs) of his territory.
- Plan and conduct patient screening programs at potential Hospitals/Clinics, Collaborate with Clinical team, hospital administration and medical staff to identify eligible patients for Screening camp and increase visibility across Hospital.
- Responsible for driving patient activation at JaaS by leveraging Master Health Checkups, Corporate Wellness programs, and other outreach initiatives. This includes close collaboration with the Hospital Marketing and Operations teams to expand patient reach and ensure a steady pipeline of relevant referrals, thereby contributing to both patient well-being and business growth."
