Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
The Technical Expert is responsible for performing the following tasks:
• Handling assistance requests, corrections, and enhancements
• Drafting technical specifications
• Producing estimates for minor and major enhancements
• Carrying out unit and integration testing
• Anticipating system failures or degradations as part of preventive maintenance
• Updating documentation
• Supervising the application
• Improving platform reliability
Technical skills :
• Excellent command of scripting: Perl, Shell, preferably in an AIS environment
• Strong expertise in Java/J2EE (JDBC, JSP, Servlet)
• Excellent command of SQL/Oracle/PostGre
• Good command of development tools: GIT, an IDE, Linux system commands
• Proficiency with Tomcat, SOAP and REST web services
• Mastery of DevOps tools: Git, GitHub, CI/CD Pipelines (DevOps Pipeline, GitHub Actions, Jenkins Pipeline)
• Experience working in Agile Scrum
