**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Act as a servant leader and coach to the development teams, guiding them in adopting and implementing agile principles and practices

+ Develop/implement contingency and recovery plans when deliverables/milestones are missed
+ Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
+ CSM / PMP certification preferred or the equivalent
+ 3+ years of experience in a scrum master role
+ 3+ years of IT Project Management experience
+ Experience in leading and coaching teams, fostering collaboration and communication, and promoting a continuous learning mindset
+ Experience with managing Agile projects
+ Basic understanding of development environments, testing processes, deployment processes, and coding practices
+ Proven excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and organizational skills, as well as effective communication and facilitation abilities, are also essential
+ Proven solid leadership, organization, and communication skills and be familiar with Agile methodologies and tools
+ Proven team motivators and be able to work collaboratively with stakeholders, developers, and other project participants
