As a Patent Search Analytics Sr. Analytics/ Lead , you will:
- Work with some of the leading technology corporations and technology experts, assisting them in their innovation roadmap and MnA decisions
- Work on some of the cutting-edge technologies and hand-in-hand with technologists
- Get an opportunity to identify problems and strive to resolve the same by independent thinking

Job description:
- Lead a team of 2-3 people in providing search and analytics support to companies and IP counsel
- Must have had an experience of delivering client ready reports across patentability/ invalidity searches, FTOs, landscapes, technology scouting projects, etc.
- Develop different search strategies based on the business needs of clients. Emphasis on smart searching
- Willingness to tinker around (introduce automation, build macros, dashboards, improvise reports, explore AI/ML, etc.) Essentially, contribute in revamping the searching vertical at Hourglass
Desired Skillset:
- Hands-on experience across different patent and non-patent databases
- Ability to frame patentability opinions
- Ability to quickly understand and grasp complex/ cutting-edge technologies within Electronics, Computer Science, Mechanical, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication (an absolute must)
- Ability to think independently and in a team to understand problems & suggest solutions
Education/Professional Qualification and Work Experience:
- Bachelors/Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Communication, and Computer Science
- IP Experience: 3-4 years
