Qualifications:

   Education: Bachelors degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), or CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) are preferred.

   Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on information security or IT projects. Demonstrated experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.

   Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of information security principles, practices, and technologies. Familiarity with security frameworks, standards, and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, PCI-DSS).

The Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of managing projects (such as assessment development and delivery, software development, information technology, infrastructure), analyzing business processes and workflow, identifying high level business requirements, and developing and maintaining project schedules following the Agile methodology for development and testing. You will ensure high-quality deliverables, communicating with partners at all levels and overseeing the complete project life cycle from preliminary planning through project closing.   
Success in this role requires a strong client focus, excellent verbal and written communication skills, solid project management skills, and the ability to direct multiple projects simultaneously.  
The Project Manager will work on site in an office environment in Pearson VUE's office in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
**Responsibilities**  
+ Develop and maintain project charters, short- and long-term project plans, detailed work plans, schedules, status reports, and risk registers appropriate for the scope and complexity of each project. 
+ Manage project, costs, budgets, and project codes to ensure scope and timing requirements are met.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure plans are viable, roles and responsibilities are clearly defined, and clear lines of communication are established. 
+ Perform project risk assessments, implement risk mitigation plans, and provide corresponding status reporting. 
+ Manage scope changes so impacts to contracts, budgets, activities, and schedules are documented and communicated to senior leadership. 
+ Collaborate with senior leadership and technology teams to support the modernization and automation of relevant project management tasks.
+ Conceptualize and articulate the components and dependencies of complex projects to others. 
+ Adjust current processes, when appropriate, to improve the delivery, coordination, and quality of contract deliverables. 
+ Analyze and resolve problems arising from management of multi-faceted projects.
+ Establish, schedule, and facilitate project meetings. 
+ Track cross functional team progress in the execution of the project, providing leadership toward the successful delivery with a focus on cost, schedule, scope, quality, and communication.
+ Coordinate with functional teams to ensure workflows and handoffs are efficient and effective. 
+ Coordinate efforts of all cross functional teams by establishing and maintaining a highly cooperative environment and fostering collaboration across all areas. 
+ Document high-level business requirements for projects, as needed.
+ Plan, guide, and monitor all major components of assessment development projects as well as test administration, scoring, and results reporting.
+ Responsible for overall project success and key decision maker for timeline, scope, and sequence.
**Required Experience**  
+ Three or more years of project management experience, including responsibility for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to work independently, and lead teams, in a high-pressure, multiple-deadline environment. 
+ Experience managing projects in an Agile environment.
+ Change management training and experience. 
+ PMP certification or equivalent. Scrum Master certification a plus.
**Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**  
+ Advanced knowledge of project management principles, requirements analysis, and related tools, such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, Confluence, MS Office.
+ Ability to apply project management best practices to communications, planning, quality, and risk and issue management. 
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly assess unclear or complex situations and reduce into clear direction for the team. 
+ Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 
+ Excellent interpersonal, collaborative and communication skills; demonstrated ability to establish positive working relationships at all levels of the organization and with technical and non-technical staff; ability to effectively lead, manage and energize cross-functional teams across multiple sites. 
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation experience in a variety of settings.
+ Ability to analyze issues, identify root cause, and drive to resolution.
