We are hiring Loss Prevention Associates (LPA) to monitor and control loss at our stores and warehouses.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify any loss or damage and report it quickly to the concerned team for action.
· Monitor CCTV and raise any exception or issue.
· Report store incidents, alarms, and follow up until resolved.
· Keep a check on inventory activities like cycle count, FEFO, write-offs, second sale, and store cleanliness.
· Do regular checks of Security Automation Systems (SAS) and raise repair requests if needed.
· Report safety issues (HSEF) and support stores in safety drills.
· Ensure correct asset movement between locations and report missing assets during transport.
· Investigate store-related issues through CCTV at DC (Distribution Center).
· Must be ready to travel as per work requirement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate Preferred)
· 1-2 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management.
· Must know Goods Receive Notes (GRN) process.
· Good knowledge of store and warehouse operations.
· Basic computer skills (MS Office).
· Must have Bike & Valid Driving License (DL) .

Key job responsibilities
The role will require:

(2) Possessing a thorough understanding of central/state security issues and demonstrate excellence in ability to implement and ensure sites compliance with company security policies and any industry or merchant requirements.
(3) Completing and/or coordinating the final test and acceptance of site security systems that leverage our access control system.
(4) Establishing and implementing effective, predictable, measurable procedures/processes and prevention programs impacting losses, pilferage, accident trends and conduct job hazard and job safety analyses
(5) Performing frequent site security audits to identify all non-compliance equipment and/or processes at the site. Implement solutions to eliminate exposure to these risks and prevent injury.
(6) Ensuring guarding vendor(s) have clear understanding of expectations and hold them accountable to deliver on them and meet or surpass service level agreement requirements. Basic Qualifications
1. Minimum graduate with 5 years plus experience in investigative or loss prevention field, preferably in a multinational environment OR
2. Minimum 10 years of armed forces/ law enforcement experience with at least 2 years of corporate.
3. Security/Loss Prevention Experience.
(a) Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
(b) Advanced level of computer literacy including proficiency in MS office package.
(c) Strong communication and writing skills with knowledge of english and vernacular language.
