KEY Role and Deliverables

Site potential analysis, concept design as per business requirements, formulating project brief, management of design development, construction documentation and site-coordination.

Co-ordination with all external & internal agencies, including design architects, services consultants, zonal execution heads, store design teams, statutory liaison agencies, project planners, material & equipment vendors, financial department, business heads and the top management

Responsible for design deliveries of concept, schematic and detail design and construction drawing packages for individual projects.

B.Tech / MS in Computer Science/Computer Engineering, Science, Mathematics
- A minimum of 15+ years of experience in architecture and development, 5+ years experience in building data driven frameworks and solutions
- Proven experience in building highly scalable, flexible and fault tolerant systems
- Proven knowledge of successful design, architecture and development using Hadoop with large data volumes
- Possesses a deep understanding of benefits/drawbacks of different integration patterns
- Continuous delivery and DevOps experience - infrastructure automation, monitoring, logging, auditing and security implementation and practices
- A minimum of 2 years experience with Hadoop and related technologies is required
- A minimum of 3 years experience with RDBMS development (Oracle, DB2, etc.) is required
- Knowledge of NoSQL stores (e.g. HBASE and Cassandra) technologies is a plus
- Prior knowledge and experience working with Merchant data/information is a plus

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

- Lead the architectural concept design and detailed design for underground metro stations, concourses, entrances, ventilation buildings, and ancillary structures.
- Oversee the integration of architectural design with civil, structural, MEP, and systems engineering requirements.
- Develop passenger flow strategies, station layouts, wayfinding systems, and emergency evacuation plans as per international metro design standards.
- Coordinate with urban planners, landscape architects, and local authorities to ensure seamless integration of underground structures with surface-level urban infrastructure.
