+ Responsible for Benefits administration (Company & Government) for APAC Locations, in line with Local policy and legislation.
+ Support the Global Benefits team in the design & delivery of regional benefits programmes; to include gathering information, reporting, data analytics.
+ Regional Point of Contact for HR team and Business Leads on Benefits related queries
+ Partner with local stakeholders (TA, Payroll, Finance) to ensure effective and efficient delivery of our Benefits Programmes.
+ Co Ordinate employee insured benefit renewals and recommendations with local broker, ensuring information is accurate and timely.
+ Support in the implementation of global benefits administration technology.
+ Evaluate current programs through research, survey and analysis of benefits trends to ensure plans are competitive and current.
+ Review and update employee benefit communications.
+ Support with employee leave administration.
+ Assist with ensuring internal and external compliance with local legislation, benefit regulations and company policies.
+ Deliver an exceptional employee experience by ensuring timely responses.
+ Identify opportunities to simplify and enhance current processes.
+ Provide support to the Global Compensation team on key areas such as ARP (annual rewards planning) and Allowances
+ Support special projects as required.
**Required Knowledge and Experience:**
+ Baccalaureate Degree and 2+ years of relevant Human Resources, benefits, compensation, payroll or finance experience OR Advanced Degree;
+ Experience with APAC Benefits administration; specifically, India and/or Philippines
+ Fluent in English
+ Agile, with excellent attention to detail
+ Proficient in Workday, Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
+ Strong written & verbal communication skills

Essential Duties & Responsibilities


  • As a member of the Human Resources team, the Compensation and Benefits Lead Analyst establishes relationships within the HR function and provides support aligned to the strategic requirements of the business.

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation programs, including salary structures, job evaluations, and incentive plans.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to benchmark salaries and ensure competitive positioning.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits.
  • Manage relationships with benefits providers and brokers, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
  • Develop and deliver communication materials to educate employees about their compensation and benefits.
  • Utilize HRIS systems for data management, reporting, and analysis related to compensation and benefits.
  • Participate in annual enrollment processes and manage related administrative tasks.
  • Provide guidance and support to HRBPs and managers on compensation and benefits-related matters.
  • Analyze C&B program effectiveness and recommend improvements to support organizational goals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits administration.
  • Proven expertise in compensation design, salary benchmarking, and benefits management.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and proficiency in HR data analytics.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification such as CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or CBP (Certified Benefits Professional) is a plus.
  • Experience with hybrid work arrangements and remote collaboration tools is beneficial.
