About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, architect cloud-native solutions, and support the growth of our cloud modernization journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure, scalable and robust cloud infrastructure and platform services on AWS and Azure, adhering to Cloud and industry best practices

• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) for the Cloud ecosystem using tools like AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, ARM, Chef and Ansible

• Establishes Architecture technical design, engineering, and documentation standards as a reference for all new systems implementations and workload migrations

• Hands-on skills with Cloud computing, containers/orchestration, auto scaling, CI/CD and pipeline optimization

• Implement observability frameworks, including monitoring, logging, and alerting, to ensure system reliability and performance

• Enforce security best practices, covering IAM policies, encryption, network segmentation, and compliance with standards such as GxP, CIS, NIST, HIPAA, and ISO

• Collaborate with stakeholders across R&D, clinical, regulatory, and manufacturing to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions

• Drive cost and performance optimization across various Cloud environments, ensuring efficient use of resources

Required Qualifications

• 8 -10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in cloud architecture

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate and above

• Deep understanding of AWS services including EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, RDS,

VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, and more

• Strong experience with containerization (Docker, ECS, EKS) and serverless

architectures

• Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell).

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Design and architect highly available, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Lead the migration of on-premises workloads to cloud environments.
• Evaluate and recommend cloud services and technologies based on business needs and technical requirements.
• Develop cloud deployment strategies, including infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Implement and manage cloud security best practices, including identity and access management, network security, and data protection.
• Optimize cloud resource utilization for cost efficiency and performance.

• Troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure issues and implement solutions.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements within cloud environments.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 4 years focused on cloud architecture and implementation.
• Deep expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP), including core services like compute, storage, networking, and databases.
• Proven experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) principles and tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Excellent understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are highly desirable.

• Design and architect robust, scalable, and secure cloud solutions based on client requirements using platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Lead the implementation and deployment of cloud infrastructures, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

• Proven experience as a Cloud Solutions Architect or similar role, with a deep understanding of cloud computing concepts and services.
• Extensive hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP), including services related to compute, storage, networking, and security.
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Strong understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills.
