At Asite we are looking for data-driven, business-savvy Data Analysts to support our B2B SaaS product team. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to derive insights from user behavior, inform product decisions, and drive business growth

Successful candidates should be vibrant individuals with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in SaaS solutions with strong analytical skills who can work in an agile methodology to realize every opportunity for providing value to our customers. We expect an extraordinary attention to detail from all members of the Asite team.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze user behavior, product usage, and funnel metrics to generate insights and recommendations.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs across product, revenue, and customer lifecycle metrics and align research with metrics and business goals.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Research Analysts and Engineers to define and measure feature success.
  • Support marketing and sales teams with data on customer segmentation, campaign performance, and lead quality.
  • Work closely with Customer Success to identify churn risks, upsell opportunities, and improve onboarding flows.
  • Design and execute A/B tests to guide product iterations.
  • Automate data pipelines and reporting processes for efficiency and scalability.
  • Have a proactive role in continually improving the process.

  • Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science).
  • 2–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analytics & visualization tools Excel, SQL, Power BI).
  • Experience with Python/R for data analysis is a plus.

    Key Responsibilities

    - Perform comprehensive data quality checks and propose enhancements to existing processes
    - Analyze and solve complex problems related to data quality in the Investment Banking domain
    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity across various systems
    - Support Business System Analysis ,Project Management, and Quality Assurance initiatives
    - Work on Trade Life Cycle and Management modules, including Front, Middle, and Back- office operations
    - Utilize tools such as Charles River Investment Management System (CRD), SQL for data analysis
    - Engage in extended testing areas, including End to End Performance Testing
    - Conduct Data Validation and Cleansing to identify and rectify errors and inconsistencies, ensuring high data quality
    - Continuously monitor data quality metrics and trends to pinpoint areas needing improvement
    - Perform Data Quality Assessments and audits to evaluate data quality
    - Collaborate closely with data engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to uphold data quality standards
    - Maintain detailed documentation of data quality processes and standards
    - Create and present reports on data quality metrics and improvements to management

    Required Skills

    - Strong expertise in investment banking, capital markets - Front, Middle and Back office operations
    - Proficient in SQL, ETL and various data analysis tools
    - Well-versed in Charles River IMS (CRD)and its functionalities
    - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    - Experienced in quality assurance life cycles and testing methodologies
    - Effective communicator, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
    - Detail-oriented, skilled in identifying and correcting data discrepancies and errors
    - Strong analytical skills for examining data and recognizing patterns or issues
