Liaise with benefits carrier to enroll new hires, answer employee questions, and manage changes.
Assist HR team with US new hire onboarding process, including, but not limited to: background checks, drug screening, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
Promote positive employee relations through survey management, employee recognition projects, and employee engagement initiatives.
Assist in the research and development of new HR initiatives, policies, etc.
Maintain employee documentation, maintain HR databases, process forms, and interface directly with employees who request information, or are new to the company Respond to email/phone/fax requests and questions; when appropriate, escalate issues to the appropriate department managers Maintain clear understanding of established company policies with the ability to direct inquiries to appropriate departments.
