Position Overview
We seek a self-motivated and experienced HR Assistant to join our team. The candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining records as well as new recruitments. This position requires a sound documentation as well as record maintainenance background combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The vacancy is for Mumbai region at Andheri West.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities — posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Maintain and update employee records (soft and hard copies).
- Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and time management data.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.).
- Handle day-to-day HR queries from employees and redirect to senior HR staff when needed.
- Support the organization and coordination of HR initiatives, training sessions, and events.

Qualifications
