Job Description

Experienced in CRMA (Salesforce CRM Analytics) Developer with hands-on experience in Fivetran and Snowflake to support report and dashboard development, existing report maintenance, and data transformation activities. The role will work closely with business and technical teams to design, build, and enhance analytics solutions within Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Tableau CRM/Einstein Analytics). Key Responsibilities Dashboard and Report Development Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, datasets, and lenses in Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA). Translate business requirements into analytical reports and visualizations. Optimize dashboards for performance, usability, and data accuracy. Conduct demos and walkthroughs for business stakeholders. Maintenance and Enhancements Support change requests, enhancements, and fixes to existing dashboards and datasets. Address UAT and production issues as reported by the business team. Implement iterative improvements based on user feedback. Data Integration and ETL Design and implement data pipelines using Fivetran for automated data extraction and loading into Snowflake. Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure clean, reliable, and scalable data models for CRMA consumption. Perform basic data transformations in Snowflake (SQL, stored procedures, joins, aggregations, etc.) as needed. Required Skills & Experience 4–6 years of overall experience in business intelligence or analytics.

Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA/Tableau CRM/Einstein Analytics). Proven experience designing datasets, recipes, dashboards, and dataflows within CRMA. Strong SQL skills with experience working on Snowflake data warehouse. Experience with Fivetran (or equivalent ELT/ETL tools) for data extraction and integration. Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to engage directly with business and technical teams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Financial Due Diligence (Buy Side & Sell Side)

• Assess the target's earnings and cash-flow quality and analyze the quality of assets and liabilities being acquired or assumed

• Evaluate and project the quality of working capital at the time of deal close

• Reclassification of key accounts in order to restate financials on a U.S. GAAP basis

• Proactively pursue business issues that impact the general ledger and evaluate the situation for acceptable solutions. Single-handedly own and communicate the path to resolution to the client.

• Provide written summary analysis and QoE around critical success factors, helping the acquirer improve its understanding of all the relevant issues so that an informed investment decision can be made.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• CA/CPA

• Have 1.5-3 years of relevant experience in audit or assurance / financial due diligence at a leading firm.

• Deep understanding of the 3 core financial statements as well as key journal entries associated with ongoing monthly operations

• Fluent in MS Excel with an emphasis on manipulating and presenting data in an organized and cohesive manner

• Willingness to utilize and learn other software and technology, such as Google Scripts, VBA, Python, Tableau and/or Alteryx

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; you will be the key point of contact for all accounting and reporting-related workflow with our clients

• Excellent time management and organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multitask

Qualifications

• Semi qualified chartered accountant (individuals having cleared either of the CA Final groups, who are not pursuing any further)

IFRS, USGAAP framework.

• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to make informed
