**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Responsible for entire operation & maintenance of building services including water, energy, AC, ventilations, Cleanliness of common areas and Landscaping of peripheral areas etc.,
· Coordinating with Safety, security, finance, Compliance, Stores and Training department for adherence and compliance of safety and to ensure smooth operations of the building.
· Ensure customer care client complaints to be addressed as per stipulated time frame.
· Conduct daily review meeting with supervisors/ Technicians to assign the jobs & monitor day-to-day activities.
· Ensure all submission of reports / documents as per stipulated time frame.
· Conduct the subject related technical (workshop) training to supervisors / Technicians to enhance the competency & capability.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers.
· Ability to effectively present information with effective response to sensitive issues.
· Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and intranet/internet. Ability to use work order system. Working knowledge of asset management, property management, leasing, disposition, and construction.
· Processing of all the invoices pertaining to AMC services, repair & maintenance and supply of spares etc., and submitting to finance team after all due diligence such as applicable statutory, Delivery Challan and Job completion etc., and ensure timely payment to the serve providers.

Job Description:

• Provide end-to-end IP troubleshooting and escalation support for critical incidents.

• Hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of BGP, ISIS, OSPF, MPLS L3/L2 VPN, Multicast, and QoS.

• Audit the network for repeat issues and ensure corrective actions.

• Collaborate with internal and vendor teams for the resolution of major incidents.

• Ensure minimal downtime through proactive troubleshooting and RCA analysis.

• Support automation/digitization initiatives for efficient service management.

**Your key responsibilities**

Backup and Archive Architect/Engineer required to design and deploy a reference architecture for an archiving platform making use of IBM Content Manager, IBM Spectrum Protect for Data Retention and Dell Elastic Cloud Storage.

This is an architectural, design and certification role with a lot of operational support also required. This can include providing third line support, creating operational run book documentation, and documenting and testing results from new product evaluations.

Previous experience in both architectural and operational hands on roles is required and knowledge of the following vendors products: IBM Tivoli Storage Manager, IBM Content Manager, Dell EMC Elastic Cloud Storage, EMC DPA and other backup technologies.

An ability to interface with clients, then to understand and define their requirements. In addition an appreciation of the critical nature of banking systems, and the availability and reliability that this demands, is also critical.

**Your skills and experience**

Infrastructure and Technology:

- Deep understanding of infrastructure technology across a broad range of infrastructure products and their supporting data centers, specifically those corresponding to storage and backup services
- Extensive knowledge of storage infrastructure, specifically within cloud based services

Product Management:

- Ability to develop and deliver storage products that ensure the reliability and operation of the organization’s storage infrastructure
- Successful delivery assignments in various Product Management organisations that provided experiences across the entire spectrum of Product Management responsibilities

About the Role

Workday is looking for an outstanding Test Automation Engineer to join the Product Test Automation team. 

Responsibilities and objectives of the role are:

Be responsible for the creation and maintenance of automated testware for Workday updates using our best of breed proprietary Automation tools.

Collaborate with functional QA, Development and Product Management on automation requirements for new and enhanced product functionality.

Diagnose test failures to report bugs and improvements to Development.

Drive efforts to improve all aspects of test inventory and coverage

Participate to ensure build pipelines are operating efficiently.

Take ownership of success metrics in the team (code coverage, build pipeline timings and health, test performance, etc.) and actively work to continuously improve metrics coverage, value, reliability and accuracy.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

5+ years of proven experience in Automation testing of SaaS and/or cloud-based enterprise applications

5+ years prior programming experience and solid understanding of how to embed test automation in CI/CD pipelines. 

Must have experience in unit, integration, system, functional and non-functional testing.

Experience with Behavior-driven development (BDD) approach to testing software using frameworks like Cucumber.

Experience with one or more of the following tools and frameworks is preferred: JUnit, Bamboo, TeamCity, Selenium, Cypress, Jenkins

Other Qualifications:

College degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent work experience

Able to deep dive into technical areas and also up level communications to a broader audience.

Proficient with Atlassian tools like JIRA & Confluence.
