Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Management position located in Surat. The Management professional will oversee daily operations, ensure smooth workflow, manage staff, and streamline processes. The job is based in the Bahadurgarh Factory of K95 Foods Pvt Ltd and is open to individuals up to 27 years of age. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma or Degree in Labour management or similar courses. With a maximum of 2 years of experience in the food processing or manufacturing industry, the candidate should have expertise in recruiting North Indian workers, female workers, and contract workers. Knowledge of Labour laws, statutory record preparation and submission, as well as experience in managing Manpower contractors is essential.

The candidate must be proficient in the local language and Hindi, with good computer and presentation skills. Additionally, having a two-wheeler and being willing to travel to nearby areas for sourcing laborer's is a requirement. This is a full-time, permanent position with day shift scheduling. The work location is onsite at the Bahadurgarh Factory.
