**Driving Growth & Strategic opportunities**
· Institutionalize strong "Ideation MOS" in partnership with CE&S Offering Management team and key global stakeholders. Build a strong pipeline of BTI and NPI ideas through periodic innovation hackathons and/or ideation sessions by working closely with Engineering and other cross-functional teams.
· Apply Offering Management tools to quickly identify customer needs, assess market size and competitive positioning during the ideation stage. Develop compelling "value propositions" and "user experience" roadmaps to shape the differentiated offerings.
· Build "open innovation culture" through broader engagement with external startup ecosystem, as well as key academic institutions. Partner with CE&S Offering management team in operationalizing the startup cohort program and integrate the engineering teams with selected startups to derive the business outcomes.
· Pro-actively work with cross functional stakeholders including VP GMs of GBEs, Offering Management Leaders, CE&S Offering Management function to run "Growth MOS". Prioritize the growth investments based on short term and long-term GBE priorities.
· Drive the "community of practice" initiative leading into tangible business outcomes while building the future ready capabilities across AERO engineering teams. Ensure relevance of these practices to Aero environment by aligning them to business and technology STRAP priorities.
· Build strong customer centric culture through external ecosystem play.
· Define both short term and long-term regional strategy that includes customer connect in the region, accelerating product portfolio improvements, and investment allocation decisions to drive organic growth.
**Operational Rigor**
· Own and drive "Growth MOS", leverage the OML, HUE and Engineering functions across India, India, CZ, China sites to drive Growth in an integrated way.
· Influence Teardown and Competitor Benchmarking MOS with GBEs, and other key stake holders to achieve tangible outcomes.

Cross-Team Coordination:o Collaborate with Sales, Technology, Content Strategy, and Creative Marketing teams to plan and execute all Spotlight campaigns.o Ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments for daily tasks and project updates.2. Campaign Execution & Fulfillment:o Oversee the execution of new and existing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals.o Help clients identify the best digital platforms (web, mobile, social media) to achieve their objectives.3. Client Relationship Management:o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by engaging with them regularly through meetings and ongoing communication.o Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.4. Billing and Campaign Delivery:o Manage campaign billing to ensure accurate invoicing for all campaigns.o Oversee campaign consumption and fulfillment according to the Release Order (RO).5. Campaign Monitoring & Reporting:o Monitor and optimize live campaigns for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.o Prepare detailed post-campaign reports, including performance analysis and key insights.6. Event & Webinar Management:o Plan and manage events, webinars, and webcasts, ensuring seamless execution.o Have a solid understanding of video production, print, mobile platforms, and ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) marketing strategies.7. Client Interactions & Management:o Quantify client satisfaction through meetings, feedback, and appreciation emails.o Actively engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions.8. Case Study Development:o Develop comprehensive case studies for successful campaigns, highlighting the strategies used, results achieved, and client feedback.9. Stakeholder Meetings & Visits:o Organize head office visits and regular meetings with the Product Team to ensure alignment on campaign goals and platform capabilities.Required Skills & Qualifications:• Proven experience in client servicing, project management, or campaign management, preferably in the digital media industry.• Strong coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams.• Excellent client-facing communication skills, with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships.• Experience in managing events, webinars, and basic knowledge of video production.• Strong analytical skills to monitor campaigns, optimize performance, and generate detailed reports.• Familiarity with digital platforms (web, mobile, social media) and ATL/BTL strategies.• Ability to manage campaign budgets, billing, and invoicing efficiently.• A proactive problem solver with the ability to handle challenges under pressure.
