Our client is seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join their finance team. This role is integral to providing critical financial insights, driving strategic planning, and supporting executive decision-making. You will be responsible for financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and performance reporting for various business units. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of corporate finance, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.

- Support the annual budgeting process by coordinating with various departments, consolidating inputs, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to support business initiatives, investment decisions, and strategic projects.
- Assist in the evaluation of potential mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
- Monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the finance function and implement efficiency gains.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and financial regulations.
- Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial close.
- Stay informed about economic and industry trends that may impact the company's financial performance.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of the finance team.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- MBA, CFA, or CPA designation is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas, macros) and financial modeling techniques.
- Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) software (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan, SAP BPC) is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial data clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
