  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic workforce plans.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with proficiency in HR analytics tools.
  • Excellent understanding of talent acquisition, talent development, and succession planning principles.
  • Exceptional business acumen and the ability to translate business needs into HR strategies.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data management.

Submit Daily DSR in the prescribed format.

Submit market visit report on the Mobile App in real time.
