Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various digital channels.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media, etc.).

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and report on key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR).
  • Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively.

  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and innovative marketing approaches.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous campaign improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns and significant budgets.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other ad platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
