PROCESS WORKERS

Our client, a leading supplier to the Australian Tiling Industry, based in Chester Hill specialises in a range of construction products, including adhesives, grouts, waterproofing membranes and more. They are currently seeking a Production Operators to join their team initially on a casual basis, with the potential for a permanent role in the future.

We have 2 roles available 1 for day shift and 1 for afternoon shift, initial training will be conducted on the day shift.

Duties of the Role:

• Batching of product
• Fit for manual handling duties
• Capable of learning to use how to operate production plant (PLC Screens)
• Forklift driving duties as required
• Able to work in other areas when required
• Record data on work sheets
• Working within a team environment

Candidates will need:

• Fit for manual duties
• Experience working within a production environment
• Flexible attitude
• Current forklift licence LF Licence (with on and off forklift duties)
• Wanting to work on the afternoon shift (after training is completed on the day shift)
• Capable of working under minimal supervision
• Excellent reading & writing skills, capable of following procedures
• Capable of using a calculator for basic add/subtraction to record data on worksheets
• Driver’s licence and vehicle to attend site on afternoon shift
• Capable of working overtime when required
• Day shift available for 6am starts and afternoon shift 2pm starts

Responsibilities of this role is to offer support upstream operational requirements and are often general in nature. We're looking for positive, team focused individuals who value exceptional standards in quality and integrity across the oil and gas sector.

Responsibilities:

• Daily servicing of equipment eg. Slickline units and tools
• Performing all assigned tasks with a high degree of accuracy and diligence
• Gain the knowledge to be able to effectively use the stores system
• Ensure that all recorded and reported data is accurate and current
• Develop an understanding of company reporting systems
• Effectively communicate with relevant stakeholders
• Assure job readiness and operation requirements are achieved
• To assist in the JHA program and ensure that all work is carried out in a safe and effective manner
• Develop effective reporting skills across company operating systems and adhere to Quality Management guidelines

• Current HR (minimum) truck license.
