Job description

● "Techno functional", "80% Developer/20% Functional".

● 9+ years of development and customizing Oracle EBS HCM Applications, across these modules: OTL, Payroll, HR, Compensation, and Self-Service using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, OAF, and Workflows.

● 6 years of troubleshooting Oracle EBS interfaces with third-party systems using APIs, Interface Tables, SQL*Loader, SFTP, flat files, and concurrent programs, including integration with Taleo.

● 8 years designing and maintaining database objects such as Procedures,

Packages, Functions, Triggers, Alerts, Workflows, and Business Events using SQL and PL/SQL.

● 5 years managing and debugging Oracle Workflow processes for automated

approvals and document routing, including resolving concurrent processing and integration issues.

● 5 years coordinating Oracle EBS patching strategies and application upgrades, ensuring smooth transitions and system stability.

● 5 years creating comprehensive technical documentation and leading knowledge transfer activities, including training, mentoring, and code reviews.
