We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented In-House Paralegal to join our legal team.     **Job Title**: Paralegal

    **Location**: Mumbai, Maharashtra
    **Salary**: Up to ₹45,000 per month
    **Experience**: Minimum 1 year in **US Litigation**

    **About the Role**:
    **Key Responsibilities**:

    - Assist in the preparation of legal documents such as complaints, motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.
    - Conduct legal research on US laws, statutes, case precedents, and regulations relevant to ongoing litigation.
    - Organize and maintain legal files and case documentation.
    - Communicate with clients, attorneys, and external legal bodies regarding case updates, documents, and scheduling.
    - Review and manage discovery documents, ensuring compliance with deadlines.
    - Prepare and file court documents and ensure timely submission in accordance with court rules and procedures.
    - Draft correspondence and reports for internal and client use.
    - Coordinate with attorneys and legal teams on various aspects of case management, including scheduling hearings, depositions, and trials.
    - Ensure the accuracy and completeness of case files and manage them effectively.

    **Required Skills & Qualifications**:

    - **LLB degree** (Bachelor of Laws) is **mandatory**.
    - **1+ year of experience** in **US litigation**, ideally with exposure to federal and state court processes.
    - Strong knowledge of legal research tools and litigation support software.
    - Ability to draft and review legal documents with a high degree of accuracy.
    - Proficient in legal terminology and litigation procedures.
    - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    - Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
