Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to oversee the quality management system in the laboratory. The ideal candidate will have experience in carrying out NABL (National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories) audits as per ISO/IEC 17025 and a strong understanding of laboratory quality Management processes. Key Responsibilities:

• 4 days Intenal Quality Management Training on ISO/IEC 17025:2027
• Strong understanding of laboratory accreditation standards, quality assurance practices, and continuous improvement techniques.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 and NABL accreditation processes.
• Proven experience in preparing for and managing successful audits, both internal and external.

Knowledge & Educational requirements:

• • University Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in similar role.

• Sound Knowledge of weld and Piping standards followed in Industry.
• Working Knowledge of NDT, Hydrotest, etc.
• Working knowledge of ASME/API/TEMA/IEC/IS/DIN/ ATEX/CCOE and other international Codes.
• Level 2/3 weld certification course is an added advantage.
• Adequate knowledge of ASME, welding procedures WPS PQR qualification
• Certified welding inspections IEW/CSWIP 3.1, 3.2.
• Adequate knowledge of painting technology, powder coating, surface treatment processes etc
• Certification in painting inspection like NACE Level II / III, OSHE OR FROSIO Level 3 will be advantage.
• Should be self-driven and should be having creative approach to improve and maintain quality.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, orientation in modern IT structures and processes.
