**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:**
The individual will play a crucial role in analytical research focused on flavor chemistry for process research initiatives that deliver on the innovation business KPIs/needs. o Collaborate with process, sensory, liquid, quality, and production teams to correlate analytical data with flavour profiles and consumer preferences.
o Adeptly handle advanced chromatographic and mass spectrometric techniques such as **GC-MS, GC-O (Gas Chromatography-Olfactometry), and LC-MS/MS.**
o Perform comprehensive flavour profiling of raw materials, new make spirits, aged spirits, and finished products.
o Troubleshoot and resolve complex analytical challenges, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of all data

Position Purpose

• The Position will be responsible for assisting in microbiological analysis of assigned project within given timeframe as per Safety and Environmental rules.
• Sample receipt, sample storage, sample distribution, sample analysis, data compilation and to provide support in COA generation and compiling documents.

Strategic Responsibilities

• To understand the scope of the project assigned.
• Inputs in planning of analysis of samples received
• Log entries and calibration of assigned instruments (as applicable)
• Proper house- keeping and use of PPE’s.
• Use relevant MSDS for safe handling and disposals of bio chemicals / samples
